I am making a couple of meals from scratch this week as well as using up my freezer foods. I am trying to add a few meals back into my schedule so I can ease back into a full kitchen routine. Plus this gives us a chance to appreciate having seafood casserole (or any other prepared meal) rather than feeling like we just had that. Am I the only one who feels that way?

* Meal from the Freezer or Pantry
Our family has been enjoying summer; swim lessons, gardening, time outside, boating, and visiting with friends and family. It goes by so quickly that I am trying to ignore the rising temperatures and just enjoy our special time as a family, before a new school year takes us full force. How is everyone else's summer shaping up?
